Curaçao Catch-Up: French Navy Falcon 50M, JetBlue Brooklyn Nets, Air X Lineage 1000, USCG HC-130J and Dutch Government 737 BBJ

This past week was absolutely crazy.

Disappointment, O’Dark-thirty WhatsApp messages, poor weather, and a beat-the-clock race across the island. That all happened.

Plane spotting is like that here. You can go weeks with nothing of interest, but other times, you can barely keep up. I am beyond delighted about how the week went. I even got to do it along with my wife for the French Falcon. She’s my biggest supporter and i’m stoked that she got to be there with me for that one.

Without further delay, here is this week’s awesomeness:

  • French Marine National Dassault Falcon 50M tail number 78 (first catch of this type for me);

  • N633JB, JetBlue Airbus A320-232 “BK Blue” in the Brooklyn Nets livery;

  • 9H-NYC Air X Charter Embraer Lineage 1000;

  • 9Y-TTI Caribbean Airlines ATR-72-600 in the new company livery (first visit to Curacao in the new paint);

  • United States Coast Guard Lockheed-Martin HC-130J Super Hercules serial 2004 (first catch of a USCG J-model for me); and

  • PH-GOV Kingdom Of The Netherlands Boeing 737-700 BBJ (first catch for me, after missing it back in January).
