Last day in Amsterdam. It was 4PM. I should have been packing to go home.
Nope. I was standing on the side of the road at Schiphol waiting for another airplane. I just didn’t want to pass this up, it will be retired from service soon.
Luftwaffe VIP Airbus A340 “16+01” came in from Berlin and landed very conveniently on runway 27, making it simple for me to capture.
Talk about ending a trip on a high note.
