Another first, another Swed!

Wednesday was a big day for local airline EZ Air!

After many delays, N304AG, a Saab 340B formerly owned by Silver Airways, finally arrived at its new home in Curaçao. This is the first of two such airliners for the company and represents a massive expansion in capability.

The crew flying the aircraft was very nice to the local aviation photographers, giving us a low pass down the length of the runway before joining the circuit for landing. The co-pilot told me they went so far as to plan the arrival time specifically to give us the best light of the day!

Congratulations to EZ Air and all the best with the new plane.
