Cargo first!
I was finally on a much needed day off from work. I could have been at the beach. I could have been at home, in my pool.
No. I was on a windswept rooftop at the airport after receiving two WhatsApp messages that said “Inbound 20 minutes” and ‘Run”! Dinner would also have to wait.
I had been hoping for this day for a long time.
Curacao received the first ever visit by Panama’s UniWorld Air cargo, gracing us with their amazing classic of aviation, the Boeing 727. There are not that many left in operation these days, so it was a great treat for local spotters. UniWorld will operate a few flights to the island this week.
