LIAT 2.0 Embraer ERJ-145LR 5N-BVD on Lease from Air Peace Operates Winair Rescue Charter at Curaçao
LIAT 20 (commonly referred to as “LIAT 2.0”) came to the rescue of some Winair passengers stranded in Curaçao earlier this week. The Antigua & Barbuda-based company sent 5N-BVD, an Embraer 145LR for the rare round-trip to Hato international airport. The 25-year old aircraft, serial number 145199, is on lease from Nigerian carrier Air Peace.
