RCAF CP-140 Aurora 140103 and iAero Airways Boeing 737-800 N917XA Visit Curaçao
I’m just realizing how far behind I am with my photographs!
The Royal Canadian Air Force had been paying us a visit with a CP-140M Aurora from 407 (Long Range Patrol) Squadron. Based at 19 Wing Comox, the aircraft and crew had been operating from the USAF facility here in Curacao. They have now gone home, as well as all their support equipment which departed in a CC-130J Hercules.
You guessed it, I missed the J-model entirely.
Also passing my way was iAero Airways, making a short series of charter flights from the USA. I was not able to catch any in Miami earlier this year, so that was something to be happy about.
