USAF KC-135R Stratotankers 62-3573 and 58-0015 Operating from Curaçao TNCC

More catching up on the noteworthy aircraft that have recently paid Curaçao a visit.

Our islands has hosted two short detachments of USAF Stratotankers during the last few weeks. First to visit was KC-135R serial 62-3573, from the 92nd ARW / 141 ARW at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. The aircraft returned to MacDill a few days later.

Second was KC-135R serial 58-0015, from the 507th ARW, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The tanker flew to Curaçao from Colorado Springs (COS) / Peterson Space Force Base. After a few days on the ramp at the US military facility, the 66-year old Boeing returned to COS.
