Stand up to cancer!
December 23rd, 2025 was the day I finally got to photograph N162AA. It had been in my Flightradar24 alerts list for years!
The special “Stand Up To Cancer” livery incorporates 22627 names of loved ones lost to the disease. Members of the public donated $25 or more to have the names painted on the airliner, raising $825 000 for cancer research efforts. Passengers on the September 20th, 2019 inaugural flight consisted of cancer survivors and caregivers, who were flown from Los Angeles to Orlando for a special VIP weekend hosted by Hyatt Regency Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort.
